How can I register to purchase from this site?

What payment methods do you accept?
For orders less than $3000.00.
We recommend Interac email money transfer.
This is widely available to anyone with a bank account and can be sent easily from a computer or mobile device.
Exact details for payment will be sent to your email address at checkout.

We also accept Visa & Mastercard credit cards. You must provide your correct billing address including postal code for processing.

For orders over $3000.00.
We recommend Bank Wire Transfer, or Bank Draft.
Please be sure to follow these instructions closely for fastest processing.

How soon do I have to send payment?
Your order will be kept ‘On Hold’ for 5 days. If payment is not received within the 5 day period, your order will be cancelled.
I’ve sent the e-transfer, what’s next?
Once you’ve sent the e-Transfer, it could take a few hours for us to receive an email notification of your payment. The status of your order will be ‘On Hold’ until payment is received. Your order will ship within 48 hours after receiving payment (excluding holidays and weekends). We currently ship Mon – Fri.

Once your order has shipped you will also receive a confirmation email. (check your Junk folder)

I sent payment but my order is showing up as cancelled!?

You must be very careful when entering details for the e-transfer. If you send it to the wrong email, we will never receive it. If you use the wrong password, we won’t be able to accept it. If we cancel your order, it’s because we did not receive an e-transfer. Please check the details of your outgoing e-transfers in your online banking. You will be able to cancel whatever transfer you sent or modify it to reach us. Only transfers sent to will reach us.

Can I change/edit/cancel my order?
Please contact us to change, edit, or cancel your order.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately no, we cannot accept returns.
May I place larger orders than the amounts listed on your site?
Yes, please contact us for custom orders.

Can someone tell what’s in the package?
We do our best to ensure that our packaging is discreet and nondescript. There is nothing on the package that would lead someone to be suspicious of its contents or even be aware of what is inside. Everything is sent in an air tight container. Our packages blend in with all the other mail.

How long will it take to get my order?
Your order will ship within 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends). We currently ship Mon – Fri.
Canada Post Xpress Post can take from 2-4 business days to reach you, depending on where you live.
Sometimes it takes longer if you are located in a remote part of Canada.
What happens if I don’t get my order?
If you have not received your order, please contact us immediately.
Can you ship outside of Canada?
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Canada.
